Yes. Only 5.56/223.

Which is easy with ARs, as the only evil feature on most of them is the flash hider.

On the other hand, if you want to LARP as Tony Montana and stick an LMT flare launcher clone of an M203 on your AR, you're also screwed (unless you replace the flash hider first).

Just one. But, not difficult since bayonet lug, pistol grip and collapsible stock don't count.

Flash hider and folding stock together would be a problem, for example.

Even then, as we've discussed in some other topics, "folding stock" only includes folding stocks that enable the rifle to fire while the stock is folded (e.g., under-folding AK stocks, the side-folding stock on an FN SCAR, etc.) Something like a LAW tactical folder on an AR wouldn't count.
