    Just confirming the hbar requirements are for 5.56 only? Would a 6mm ARC be excluded from the rules?

    Just one. But, not difficult since bayonet lug, pistol grip and collapsible stock don't count.

    Flash hider and folding stock together would be a problem, for example.

    Even then, as we've discussed in some other topics, "folding stock" only includes folding stocks that enable the rifle to fire while the stock is folded (e.g., under-folding AK stocks, the side-folding stock on an FN SCAR, etc.) Something like a LAW tactical folder on an AR wouldn't count.
