Call v Jones is already at the 4CA, was being held in abeyance.
Whalen v HPRB is before a judge in Baltimore County, that case will be heard soonest.

That would (potentially) shatter old MSP precedent (Scheer and Snowden) on G&S reasons, while Call v Jones will eliminate Woolard.

Well I will say Brown stands little to no chance, my mother has dealt with him for many years and he is not liked. Even by his law firm partners.

So, I would think once the judge (? no hame yet) THIS happens fairly quickly ??

"Pursuant to the holding of the U.S. Supreme Court in Bruen, this Court should summarily reverse the denial of Mr. Whalen’s application by the MSP, and the decision of the OAH upholding MSP’s denial, and direct the State Police to issue a permit to petitioner without further delay."

That’s correct. That would be the FIRST case where a Maryland judge rules on the constitutional rights of a free citizen, based on Bruen.

    It's worse than that. She's a Curran.

Her father, Joseph Curran, used to be AG. He wrote a piece called "Farewell to Arms." It's disturbing stuff. The stuff of tyrants.

There’s actually a link to or pdf of that tome, somewhere here in MDS.com

I kept it at my fingertips for years but, have managed to lose track of it.

I agree; it had to be read to be believed …

Believe it is the first post in a sticky to this sub-forum:

Edit to add: It appears I am a day late and a dollar short.
