Just wondering if anyone has not been approved when and if they registered their AR 15 pistol brace what the reason was. Also, give a shout out if you had yours approved....curious minds want to know how this whole situation is playing out.

I've got 2 with same status. Submitted a couple of weeks ago, with electronic prints (.eft file).

Planning on taking one to the range tomorrow - maybe I'll throw a copy of the submitted application in my range bag.

Why bother? The law has been put on hold by the courts.

Braced pistols are allowed in Md.
Although MD LE may still consider braced pistols to be pistols under state law, it's not clear to me that that would prevent Federal LE from trying to enforce ATF's interpretation that braced pistols now violate federal law unless registered as SBRs.
