So if somebody bought 100+ $5 chalk rounds on subguns for their M79. How the heck would ATF know? Chalk rounds are cash an carry. The M79 has the stamp. Now, IR stuff has been controlled since Jesus was a private. Some stuff you can get an some you can't.

Guess I better get rid of the IR chemlites.
