Sounds like a trap. Don't have a 10 1/2" upper on that thing when you snap the picture!!!

Some googling makes it sounds like others have gotten this when ATF believed there was some model discrepancy

I did it on an SBS several years ago. Its an odd ball shotgun that wasn't already on their list. Not a big deal really

If it was made by Aero Precision you would have to enter Aero Precision LLC (AP2) as the manufacturer on the form 1.

Same for the if it wasn't made from an 80% lower.

Nothing special with the receiver, I picked it up at a local gun store. It is made by ACC Arms out of Preston MD..

Standard stripped lower receiver.

I have Colt, FN, and HK marked 80%s
