I do not have an AR that falls into the realm of the brace ban, but joined anyway. Hopefully, the money from this massive membership drive will be able to really help in the courts for both this brace ban and any other absurd law/ruling that might be attempted.

Actually, all of those thousands of new people lining up to join FPC and GOA are - because of these new PIs - very much doing so in the name of coverage to avoid legal peril while the inevitable permanent smack-down works its way like molasses through courts and some day to a final real ruling. Yea, even checking yesterday was an exercise in futility. I had to do mine because reasons. I got mine in 4th of May, still not approved. Bought another ”pistol” yesterday. I will wait a while before contemplating a brace. See how all the lawsuits settle out.The system seemed to be working yesterday but a little slow. Last night it was a total cluster. Nothing would process through the last step for me between 10 and midnight when I got home from coaching baseball.
