ATF Brace Rule (Update on Imported Guns)

(Update released earlier this evening) —— I just saw this on Military Arms YouTube Channel. Apparently the ATF Brace Rule contains a section stating that guns that were imported are illegal/banned once the brace is removed and need to be surrendered or destroyed. See below for more information.

I can’t tell from the vid if my POF 5PK, which did not come with a brace nor did it ever have one, is gtg or not. Is it any imported pistol that can merely accept a brace? Otherwise what about HK P30’s, Sig 229’s, etc?

Is there any statutes of limitations that apply? Since the claim is the crime happened when the firearm was imported?

Is CZ USA executive staff looking at 950,000 years in prison for illegally importing those Scorpions?
