armorally - not Delaware friendly?

Tried to order from www.armorally.com this morning and DE wasn't even on the pull-down list. I opened a ticket and CustServ got back to me with:

"Hello, I'm sorry we don't service DE customers."

Yup, I did a test order to see if I could buy a Holosun Red Dot even. Tried to put in my mom's old Delaware Address and Nope, no DE on their pull down.
