Was the envelope your permit came in sent from Maryland State Police, or Department of Public Safety?

If you look back through the previous posts you will find people who have posted pictures of the return address on the actual letters they received.

Now the long wait.

Last 2 in PA were 12 and 15 minutes from parking a block away, to driving away. 5 previous before that took just a little longer. At one point the pic machine they used did 2 per slide, so you had to wait till someone else came in for a pic too.

Initial Utah was 49 days. 3 online renewals were 2-3 weeks. COVID period online renewal was closer to 4 weeks.
