As a note, my wife's application never got switched to Assigned to Investigator, it was in Accepted state this morning and her approval came at 4ish this afternoon.

I guess my previous post wasn’t wrong about folks who submitted in August getting more application movement than those who submitted in July. I know it hasn’t yet been approved but still frustrating. I submitted 7/31 and accepted 8/8 and no other movement. Hopefully will have NICS by next week.

    So, they are accelerating these.

Plebeians are still on 7/30 accepted date.

I don't know does it really indicate that? I haven't been tracking these but it seems there were a few I recall that were ultimately quicker for non - LE individuals.

Ultimately, the reason I listed the stats is so a comparison can be made and utilized in the future if need be.

My big wait to submit was getting copy of my DD-214. That took almost 2 months, lost in my move out during divorce. FYI I used Aardvark and DD214 direct. Aardvark took a week, DD214 direct took 2 months, they both came about the same time even though I used Aardvark only after DD214 Direct had gone radio silent.

How many other LE applications were "accelerated" because if you're going off of one and making that statement you're potentially just stirring the pot. (IOW, you could be correct but do you have any others?)

VA can facilitate a digital copy of your DD214 in 24-72 hours.

No fee- you already paid for it by taking the Oath.
