I noted the time in another thread. I applied on 8/11 and was approved on 8/17.
It all looks the same. I just didn't fill in any of the reference pages.

So I got the email that the final determination on my HGP Wear & Carry today and checked online to see the approved status. Unlike many others I did not hear from any of my references that they got calls nor did I get a call. Was approved on the 32nd day.

Some posters say that references are not checked, or 1 out of 1000 had calls received by references and asked about drugs, alcohol and propensity for violence. Others say that more and more references were checked lately. I have no criminal records in my background, no arrests, expunged records, no DV charges, no drug or alcohol abuse history. What are the odds that MSP will call references for renewal? I will most likely use the same references submitted for original CCW. Thank you.

I left the reference section blank and got my renewal.

The renewal app doesn't even give the option to add references, or at least didn't when I renewed several months ago. Not required for renewals. The reference page "prints" as blank.

It looks like Maryland is out permitting New Jersey. New Jersey about 39,000 vs Maryland about 200,000. If this number is wrong I am sure @Sundazes will be along to correct it. Good job everyone!

Its close to that figure. However, the renewals are included in the HGP numbers.
