Don't think so. 17's are lost.

This is me too (just checked for NICS again 6:58AM). Very frustrating, especially seeing folks go from submitted to approved in 12 minutes.
Dont go by the submitted date. It is the accepted date that they are using.

I'm 20 days from acceptance no NICS yet. 7/28 was my Acceptance

Ah, a fellow 28er. My guess is we're at least two weeks from approval, maybe even twice that or more. MSP is taking multiple business days to approve applications that were accepted on a given day (apps accepted 7/18 have been at least three business days so far), and I think it's going to be even slower going for a little while. If they're taking three business days to process a single date's worth of applications, we're looking at mid-September for approval.

Hopefully more manpower is thrown at the problem, but it seems that most/all of that extra manpower is going to getting applications from submission to acceptance for the time being.

I think days following a weekend will take much longer, there is a larger stack on Monday due to Saturday Sunday

Passport photo I attached on application had me with a nice full beard . I had to shave last week for work purposes. At this point I’m thinking my full beard will grow back just in time for approval. Haha

It just blows my mind how people are so confident when their dates will start being processed when the batch sizes for each date are ever-increasing and the processing time is also ever-increasing. At this point any guess is a bad one. Even compiled data is anecdotal because an average can only grow one day at a time as an application is or is not approved.

Telling someone, “oh your X/XX date should be processed today” is literally hogwash. We all have zero idea at this point. Nothing is predictable.
