    Am I correct in that it mostly comes down to when you first signed in and started the process? Seems like they process batches according to application number.
    I doubt it... I'm seeing app number +8000 of mine, submitted after mine, accepted, and approved before mine....At this point, my thought is stop trying to find logic in their processing..

    I wouldn't be surprised if MSP was printing everything out and having people grab bunches from a stack and then you're stuck with however quickly they work through their stack. Your processor gets the day off, you're sol :p

    Nevermind they Postage Permit is from Manchester NH... Maybe tomorrow..
