Anyone Recognize Model of This Scope?

I bought this scope at an auction many years ago and I need to find the manual on it to tweak adjustment. It has an NRA logo and is a Leopold. Anyone know the model?

What does his zodiac sign have to do with it?

Usually written around the objective lens bell, take the front lens cap off and look at it under bright light.

Should be power on the gold ring under the front scope cover, otherwise you'd have to call Leupold with serial# all i found was its from 1993
