AR gets it. The 4CA and Maryland can't seem to grasp this concept.

It's actually AR-Arkansas. But AR will be like AK(Alaska) in that both will be constitutional carry states. Big step forward for them.

The title confused me. I've been in AK (Alaska) for over nine months and it's common to see individuals OC. I still prefer concealed carry but no permit is required for either one.
