I wonder if someone spanked Frosh with a riding crop each time the word "unconstitutional" was used....

I got to the end of the third page of the .pdf and my eyes glazed over. Maybe Fabs will give us abbreviated cliff notes of it.

Doesn't help that I got my eyes dilated at noon either. Hard to fricken read anything right now.

So the Court of Special Appeals made a super secret ruling that the "Good and Substantial" requirement is not Constitutional. 5 Days later Hogan sets aside G&S and another day later the MSP sees fit to declare it is Un-Constitutional.

"Indeed, the Court of Special Appeals concluded as much just a few days ago in an unreported decision. In re Rounds, No. 1533, Sept. Term, 2021 (Md. Ct. Spec. App. July 1, 2022) (unreported). Thus, the Department is not required to continue enforcing—and, in fact, may not continue to enforce—the “good and substantial reason” requirement in processing public-carry permit applications."

Unlike Madame Secretary Schulz (initially, maybe still), it appears that the COSP knew EXACTLY what Bruen meant for Marylanders.

If Thomas didn't give Fat Larry enough cover the COSP might have been the push to "leadership". Jackwagon.
