Ad or Pop-Up?

Since the last day or so I see a black rectangle at the top right of the screen, on all forum pages. I'm running Adblock software but even when I turn it off the black rectangle is still there. Anyone else?

Ah. That might be what it is and my settings are probably blocking it.
