"Registration Fees
A $15 per gun transaction fee will be assessed for gun registration; $10 per gun transaction fee thereafter which is in addition to the total purchase price."

Is this to mean that the first gun has a $15 fee for registration, and then each additional has $10? Or that each gun has a $25 fee assessed on top of the purchase price and buyer's premium?

So for example: If I purchase a gun for $100, it would then have a buyer's premium of $20, making my total $120. With these fees, would it then become $135?

Buyer’s premium is in addition to purchase price. Gun registration fees apply if you come to the auction center to pick up. Fees are $15 for first firearm and $10 for each additional firearm. So If you are out of state you may come to register and the fee would be $15 for the first firearm and $10 for each firearm thereafter. If it is a handgun and you are from out of state you would need to have shipped to an FFL and we would not be charging registration fees. There is no charge other than shipping fees if they are being shipped.
