During the fight against SB 281, several legislators said that many of the thousands contacting them to oppose the bill were NOT registered voters. This marks the launch of a project to fix that problem.
This Saturday, May 11 2013, will see voter registration volunteers set up at a half dozen gun shops across the state. It is a small start but with some hard work and a few more volunteers, we may be able to see voter registration available at every gun shop and range in the state by the 2014 elections.
If there isn't registration available at your favorite local shop this Saturday, please step up and help make it happen. Discussion of the training and certification process is here:
