.22LR MOHAWK

So I was going through some of my father's things after his death and found some OLD boxes of .22LR. MOHAWK brand by Remington. Anyone ever heard of these? Wonder if they are still good. Price tag still on it .77

Just an earlier version of the Thunderbolt ammo. It wouldn’t be surprising to see some misfires or failures to fire.

yeah, cool thanks. I do recall as a little kid loading them into a Remington Nylon 66 and getting some squirrels and bunnies. Loved that rifle,

Thunderbolt .22 has been around since at least the 1970s…I remember buying it back then. The Mohawks predate them.

Actually I just looked on the inside flap and it had 71 stamped on it, good call!
