Outstanding! I have a Pointman Major from 2002. It’s a great 1911, but it’s never been 100% reliable. I put a Wilson Combat bullet proof extractor in it and it improved things a bit. Accurate as hell, but not dead sexy like your Valor.

Thank you. There was a time where I swore I wouldn't be getting into the 1911 game. It's a sickness I tell you!
I enjoy shooting my 1911s more than any other pistols I own, and that's really what it boils down to for me. There's just something satisfying about how those DW 1911s function.

Couple upgrades to the Girsan this morning... new Wilson trigger and slide release. Trigger took a touch of sanding on the bottom, but basically no other fitting required.

picked this Tisas 45acp up along with 9mm Duty a month ago. Really happy with them. Ordered from Family firearms to my FFL, came to <$400 each with all the fees. The 9mm was a pleasure to shoot

Just picked this up yesterday at the Crossroads of the West Gun Show in Phoenix...one of my minor bucket list items...a Coonan .357. It comes with all the goodies such as the .38 Special parts. Nice thing about living here in AZ now...sales between individuals are face-to-face and with a dealer sales are fill out the 4473...get the NICS check and cash and carry. It's so different from Marylandstan.

One of these days I'm going to get a Springfield Loaded. That bing said, I have a CMP 1911A1 I am very happy with. I don't really need another 1911 but I love the design and the ergos.
