03 FFL Question

If you belong to a credit union, most offer notary service for free. And if you don't belong to one, why not? Many still let you open an account with $5, which would then get you unlimited notary service.

My parents met in Ames as ISU students.
I currently have two nieces and a nephew attending on the "legacy program". I think one niece successfully double dipped using both of my parents/her maternal grandparents.

Thanks for the answers. It seems like it's hard to find a clear answer. Looked on the MSP website and couldn't find it spelled out.

FFL03 is a FEDERAL license. MSP will have little to help. Go to the C & R thread "FAQS" for most everything you'll need to know about FFL03
