      transfer an aero m4e1 stripped lower private in 2021

      trying to get all my ducks in a row to purchase a new stripped lower from a friend legally and locally to build an 11.5. I may want SBR one day but not yet. filled out 77r, planning a visit to Jessup MDSP barracks this Friday. do I need finger prints and/or 4473 background filled out or done...

      Stripped Lower after October?

      Could I still buy a stripped AR lower manufactured after October? It doesnt have a pistol grip or stock, magazine, etc. So would it be affected or not by this BS?
