      So how do you test your scary sharp after sharpening?

      I used to test using hair and cardboard for a while, but I would wind up with patches of hair missing on my legs and arms and it would look like I was molting. I did the fingernail tests for a while but I honestly was never able to gauge very well with them. Same with rubber band testing...

      Anyone else use an EdgePro Apex for sharpening folding and fixed blade knives?

      Got any advice on doing serrations with a widened belly? I absolutely <3 the EP, but I've been using the SharpMaker mainly on teeth. I've seen videos of people sharpening serrations but none of have discussed the wear on the water stones. When you do serrations, how much does it harm the stone...
