      I know building a semi auto uzi pistol from a parts kit is illegal in Maryland because the uzi is on the assault pistol list, but would it be legal to get an AOW tax stamp then build a semi uzi pistol with a forward vertical grip, thus making it a legal AOW? ?       I keep seeing all these complete parts kits for AKs w/o the receiver. Can some one educate me on where I buy them? how much they are? How does one go about getting them? Thanks in advance for your help.
