Hi guys. I moved to Maryland last year and haven’t had a chance to get my guns here yet. I just now realized that they have the requirement to register ar-15s and handguns within 90 days of becoming a resident, however I didn’t bring my guns down back then and still don’t even have them yet...
I’ve found a couple AR9 platforms that seem pretty decent, but it seems our handgun roster never gets updated.. does anyone know if the newer Extar EP9 is legal to purchase in MD? If not, any recommendations?
If one already owns a regulated handgun, I understand they don't have to take the HQL course. I just have to submit fingerprints to get my HQL. If so, where do I get the fingerprint cards and do I need to submit a photo as well? How do they ascertain I have a handgun? And how long does it...
A new ruling has been made removing the requirement to transfer handguns from out-of-state to an in-state FEL. DOJ is reviewing.

I was looking into getting back into some range shooting and to buy my first home defense handgun. I took a handgun class back in college (long time ago! ;)) but I have never purchased my own gun. I have been to the range a few times with friends and enjoy doing that.
Looking forward to...
