Need help finding the gunsmith in MD i dropped my shotgun at

    Yes, yes i know this is going to sound mighty stupid but i have in deed forgotten the gunshop i dropped my 870 off at to have a stock fitted about a year ago. I know that its located under a hardware store and is located in the basement area of the building. There is a church i think across the street as well, small town place. Its located around or east of 81 hagerstown. You can all get a good laugh at me, i'm laughing at myself atm. Any help would be great.

    P.S. if i recall it was a one man operation there.

    He doesn't have it back yet no one showed up today to get a shotgun. lol

    Also if Tim hasn't called you it's not done yet.

    He is now a two man operation; but he still does all the gunsmithing.

    I bet you dropped it off here before I worked here maybe the same day you stopped by my house to pick up the 7.62x54r I was selling at the time.

    Yeah i don't have it back yet. Only wondering (now i will write down the address and number though) cause i dropped it off April 24 2010. He told me it could take a year to get the stock done so i figured i would wait a year to call. But if he is still in business that's good news though. Maybe ill stop by and see whats for sale this weekend, need to see if i can swap the 34" trap barrel for the 28" i have. It needs to get fitted for chokes and that's gonna take some time.

    BTW I already chewed through that ammo :party29:, love the smell.

    Nah, nothing scary about it really. I know it was one of the partners from MDshooter's and what the front of the store was like. But with 19 partners i figured it wouldn't take long for someone to know the place i was talking about. My issue is when it comes to my guns, ill drive to the other end of the state or out of state to find or get what im looking for. Nice to know its only 2 hours away.
