so, how do you get the member discount? Do you have to notify them in advanced?

Typically just tell them while you're in the shop. Most can look up your username online pretty quickly.

Just tell Gus when you get there that you are from MDShooters, he usually asks anyway.

What's the best way to get to your store from Baltimore?

Gus doesn't check the forums much so I'll answer for him as best I can:

1. take whatever route you prefer to get to I-95 south out of Baltimore.
2. take the exit for 195 East towards the airport
3. exit almost immediately onto Route 1 south
4. proceed on Route 1 south quite a ways until you reach AP&T on your left (it's kind of easy to miss unfortunately)

alternately:

1. take whatever route you prefer to get to I-95 south out of Baltimore.
2. exit onto MD-100 east
3. take the 2nd exit onto Rt.1 north
4. proceed ~1 or 2 miles to AP&T on your right

It's a stand alone building on your left going south on RT 1, between a liquor store & a used car lot ! Very easy to miss at first.

Dealt with Gus at the Gun Show in Upper Marlboro last weekend, and I can't wait to deal with these guys again in the future. This place is a good hour and a half from where I live, but there is no better. Gus is a straight shooter (no pun intended), and offers the most ridiculous prices anywhere. Best customer service from any firearm purchase. Highly recommended.

I completely agree! I went to Accurate Pawn to buy an Adcor upper for my AR15 and ended up just getting a complete upper and lower. I also picked up a Fenix TK60 flashlight which is the brightest I've ever seen. Gus is great to deal with so I'll certainly be back.

I agree, great shop. Gus is/was very well stocked the last time I was there. I transferred a lower through him a few months back and ended up buying a 10/22 as well. Smooth and easy...

new to MDShooters but not new to shooting! =)

Funny that I've grown up in Ellicott City, live in Catonsville, and driven through Elkridge countless times over the years and didn't know Accurate Pawn and Tackle was there. I've been looking for a good local FFL and from everyone's postings it sounds like I'll have to stop in soon. I may just drive in this afternoon on my way home!
Thanks for the info everyone!

Please help MSI distribute brochures about gun rights, facts and safety.

You can print your own, two different brochures available:
http://marylandshallissue.org/msi/brochures/

Or order free brochures from MSI:
http://marylandshallissue.org/msi-store/

Thanks for helping get the word out.
