    I wish to have the decision in Hatfield V Sessions apply to me and was told I must file a separate federal lawsuit. Does anyone know an attorney that does 2nd amendment work pro bono

    how about you tell us about your case. If you are a convicted murderer that answer is a no If you got caught littering in a national park maybe we can point you in the right direction

    Hatfield was only in the District Court (of the S District of Illinois), so as I understand it doesn't apply to anyone outside of the actual plaintiff. I don't know if the government is appealing this to the 7th Circuit.
