Is there a requirement for someone moving to Maryland from another state to report or register firearms on the ban list? It is a Bushmaster AR 15 that was purchased prior to FSA 2013.

90 Days from commitment to become a resident of Maryland. Banned long guns and all handguns need to be registered.

If the banned long guns were purchased after Oct 1, 2013, you cannot legally bring them to Maryland as a prospective resident.
