Yes Cecil College does Livescan, that's where I got my HQL prints done in January 2016. You can either make an appointment or take your chances and do a walk in.

Yes which is why I added a date to my reply, for people who may look at this thread since it was revived.

Certifixlivescan shure didn't read the thread because they don't even offer any locations anywhere near Cecil County. I don't patronize spammers!

Charles County Sheriff's Dept. does prints at their office in the Mall.

Call to check, when I got mine done they did livescan on certain days and regular prints on other days.
