I don't know why - but I have this idea in my head that I need a real Colt AR. My other AR's are Frankenstein builds plus a Remington (which I guess is bride of Frankenstein). What is a reason NOT to get a Colt AR6721?

The same thing hit me a few months ago and somehow I now have two of them. I got a 17 year old police trade-in 6721 and then went and bought a brand new one. Chad is putting a new barrel on the used one this Saturday.

Solid gun is more important than training IMO.

A can get a Windham Weaponry HBAR for $670 at JLowes, and an AR6721 for $899 there as well. So the WW is $229 cheaper.

I would find money for both.
Think of it as banking money, not spending. Because it will never lose much value.

I have a similar Bushmaster hbar that I don't shoot as it is but I'm still very tempted to get 6721.
