Now you can participate in an Appleseed without having to go all the way to Annapolis or Pennsylvania!

The AGC will be the site of an Appleseed shoot May 17th and 18th. I shot in the one held at the AGC in December and had a great time improving my shooting and even learned something new. I can almost promise you that we will NOT have snow for the one in May!
I have signed my son up already and I fully expect him to put me to shame.

One day or two day? Also will a bolt gun work or do you need a repeater?

This is for both Saturday and Sunday, but you can do either day or both.
Semi autos like the 10-22 and Marlin 795 seem to be the gold standard for Appleseeds but a bolt action will work too! They usually have a spare rifle or two that they are willing to lend out also.

In response to a question I received:
No, you do not need to be an AGC Range Badge holder to attend. This Appleseed is open to everyone!

A great opportunity to attend a Project Appleseed event at a great facility. If you have even been thinking about it, it is time to "pull the trigger" and sign up. You won't be disappointed.
