    Not in Maryland
You could buy a lower cash and carry, build or buy your upper and it is legal. Md sucks. I have built a 9 mm pistol this way. F Timmy's skull.

I didn't see any entries on there for PSA, so I guess not. You could probably build one or get a Hi-Point 4595-TS. The Hi-Point isn't that short, but it is a great PCC at a great price.

I forget the company, but someone is making a really nice bullpup stock for the hi point carbine. TFB has an article about it from today. It looks really nice. Downside is it might be as much as the rifle.

Still, if it is 29" OAL or longer...that would be really sweet.

The specs I read on it have it between 26.1" and 27" OAL.

Also, I don't know if PSA sells them separately, but couldn't one purchase a PSA pistol AR lower and then purchase a .45acp PSA pistol upper and assemble them?

You can manufacture a handgun without it needing to be on the roster.

Call John Lowe, he will tell you if he can order it from PSA. They will ship to an FFL dealer, just won't sell to an individual to be shipped to an FFL in Maryland.
