    The Md. Small Arms Range is offering the HQL class for $20.00. Other classes include the following:

    Utah Concealed Firearms Permit (4 hour) class including fingerprinting for $60.00. The Utah CFP is recognized in 32 states for non-residents of Utah.

    Maryland, D.C. and Virginia CFP Wear & Carry class. This class also meets the requirements for Maryland Armed Security Officer Initial Training.

    I highly recommend this class.Mo is one of the best instructors that I have met. He is very knowledgeable in the laws that you need to know about and more important IMO he is a hands on instructor as well with a boatload wit and humor plus willing to help you "get it" also

    Unbelievable value and Moe is great. HTC wanted to charge exorbitant prices for the same class. I told them to go scratch. I appreciate MSR's commitment to shooters. They put their money where their mouth is when backing the 2A.
