I've been getting annoyed at the safety that came with my DPMS LPK. It has been increasingly difficult to manipulate. I pulled apart my lower to install my JP spring kit, and when looking at the safety, there was a groove cut into the safety detent. A little filing, and it works better, but it still takes quite a bit of effort to switch between safe and fire.

I have been eying up the Battle Arms Development Ambi Safety and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it, or any other aftermarket safety.

    Thanks

I thought the safety lever was supposed to have a groove in it. To facilitate the detent itself moving from point A to point B to point C (if you're lucky enough to have a happy switch!).
