I am friends with the PeeGee officer. HE was telling me how much of a problem "ghost guns" are. I asked him what he meant. Got the usual, the kits you can buy on the internet, they don't have a serial number and are untraceable. I asked him about the guns with serial number that are removed. He said they can run ballistics on them. I asked again. I got a blank stare when I told him you can change he barrel, yada yada. Again, a blank stare.
He then informed me the "ghost guns" can't be entered in NIBIN because there are no SN's. I was informed that the manufacturers enter in the SN. He was shocked when I told him only LE enters them after a crime, so if the serial is removed, no NIBIN. I asked what is the percentage of these kit guns they seize are. Again a blank stare... I could go on.
The point is even law enforcement is lead to believe these are totally 100% illegal, not just for prohibited people. Watch for a ban near you....

Not mentioning which county, but I know a county to ATF leasion (who is a gun guy and knows guns, law and gun law) He knows the year to year numbers and how stupidly the media is playing the "huge increase in ghost guns used in crimes". His report of ATF concerns puts ghost guns near the bottom of the list for ATF and his department. He often complains about his coworkers' lack of gun law knowledge and lack of gun knowledge in general; most of them get their info the same place the general public does, the media.

Thus, the only inquiry that this Court should conduct is to determine whether the firearms prohibited by the Act are protected by the Second Amendment. Because they are, the Act is simply unconstitutional.

If you go from 1 to 2, that is a 100% increase.

I didnít choose the ghost gun life, the ghost gun life chose me.
