ISO AK gas tube

Canít get the plastic handguard out, the metal ends just spin with the plastic. Looking for a replacement so I can install the wood to match the bottom.

The metal ends that go around the ends of the handguard.

If I put that lug in my wood vise and try to turn the hand guard out, the lug stays still and everything else spins.

I was thinking of sks. Its pinned. Can you put the other side in vice and twist it out,?

Hold the hand guard with my wood vice and spun the whole gas tube with a pair of soft jaw pliers
