    Moving from Anne Arundel County (Glen Burnie) to Carroll County (South-West Westminster).

    Anything I need to know? I had heard a rumor that there are special trash/recycling fees, is it just at the landfills?

    What else?

    As far as trash, there are several private companies that do the pickups if you're not in town limits. I pay $72/quarter for mine. Welcome to the neighborhood!
