Now, you gonna run like a big dog or whimper on the porch like a puppy?

Don't forget some 44 Special if you want some lighter target loads or some CAS cowboy loads for the recoil sensitive types

Plus if your gonna join the brotherhood of the big guns then you need to consider getting a Dillon and start reloading.

Looks great. I was thinking about 10" when I got my Super Blackhawlk but settled for 7 1/2". The real thing I want to know is how come the sample round, (spent shell casing and spent round) envelope is in the case? Way to go! As far as ammo goes RELOAD!

Thanks Huck!!! Just ordered 200 rds. $113 shipped!

And yeah, this might push me over the edge to start reloading.

You can also save on shipping and sales tax if you order from G-A and pickup at the Chantilly Gun Show if they come

    Good to know.

You know; I STILL have never been to a gun show!

Last couple times I planned on it, something came up last minute and I couldn't go.

I'm in the 45 Colt camp but the beauty of the 44 is the versatility of the bullets or boolits if you prefer.

Same take a 240 gr bullet as an example.

You can use it for 44 Spl, 44 Mag and 444 Marlin.

Same hot hunting loads for a 1894 will work great out of that 10.5" SBH barrel.

Plus with Elmer Keith as your spiritual guide and guru, how could you go wrong.

Also, everybody has been throwing around buntline well this SBH is a Hunter. And Hunters totally blow away Buntlines in the coolness quotient with the scope mount and rings.

Get your self a pair of aiming sticks and you will be the Apex Predator from Alaska to the Rockies to the plains of Africa.

j8064 rolls his own, so a plentiful supply of cheap and accurate ammo is no problem.

    What Mooseman said.

Plenty of inexpensive range ammo is not a problem at all...;)

Nice choice. I've had one for years.
Ditch those grips and your middle finger will thank you.
Reloading=$8 per box of lead and around $10 per box of JSP, or JHP.

I've been reading about how nasty the recoil can be on the middle finger with original grips. And you never know when your middle finger might come in handy for "something"...;)
