I just threw a said of XS Big dot sights on my p80 g19. A little odd at first but I really like them now. Super easy to mount also, the rear sight has set screws which keep it held tightly in place.

I have a set of XS Big Dot sights that I will part with - they came on an aftermarket G19 3rd gen slide I purchased. Only reason for sale is I replaced them with competition sights for USPSA. The rear is the .185" height which is stamped into the base and exactly what you want for a G19. Tritium glows brightly in the dark. I tried to get a photo but that's obviously challenging. Base of the rear sight has never been fitted/filed so they are 100% ready to go for a new build.
Retail price on the set is $140 + $10 shipping. I'd let them go for $89 shipped.
