You can get a 40 mile loop at green ridge using the C and O canal. Log roll, deep run, and long pond forest trails. All starting at the hq parking lot.
Have you done any of the Allegheny Trail in WV yet? It's super long (runs from up around the cheat all the way down to Watoga in Pocahontas County) and takes you through some beautiful sections of the state.

Less "wilderness" but no less impressive is the Greenbrier River Trail that runs from Cass all the way down to Lewisburg. It's the old railroad grade so it's not a hard hike or bike trip (1% grade on average the whole way) but it's LONG and it follows the river the whole way with several tunnels to navigate as well as a few old trestle crossings. It's a great bike-camping trip if you ever get the urge to do that.
