    I was being (perhaps undeservedly) charitable in my read of the Senators statement supporting the "concept of the bill", which presumably is "keeping terrorists at bay".

    All of the gun control bills are about good intentions. :bullhorn: :sarcasm:

    Terrorists and criminals break the law of the land w/ great frequency so this bill doesn't do anything to keep firearms out of their hands.

    This is just another bill that will only hurt law abiding citizens in the state of MD exercising their 2A rights to purchase a firearm.
