Maryland parents John and Melissa Wood filed a lawsuit against La Plata High School this week accusing the school of forcing their child to convert to Islam.

Any takers on a bet as to how much longer it isn't before public schools prohibit food products containing pork from the school cafeterias and menus?

Think that's a joke? So did the public and parents in numerous (western) European countries.

Just like gun control here in "The Free State," The camel's nose just enters the tent one whisker at a time.

Personally, I want the parents to sue the dog _ _it out of not only the school, but, the principal, vice-principal, guidance counselor(s), teacher, the Board of Education, the Chairman of the BOE and the PTA, the County Council, and the Mayor of La Plata. Individually and collectively.

These bastiges want to scream "separation of church and state", then allow this go on????????

To be fair, this was a complicated issue and what the teacher did does not reflect the beliefs or will of the BOE, principal, or superintendent.
