New 224 Valkyrie build

Just got my 22" Super Match Rainier Arms barrel with Area-419 Hellfire brake, Mid American Armament rail, Luth MB3 stock, JP SRS, Seekins Billet lower, American Spirit Arms side charging upper, Stag Arms Nickel Teflon BCG with Fail Zero 6.8 bolt, LaRue MBT trigger, Talon Ambi safety, Burris XTR II 5-25 and KDG Sidelok 34mm mount.

Nice! Yeah i built out a new .22 Nosler when it came out in Chad’s class. The. This came out.

. Have not taken mine out yet. Has an Athlon scope on it

Very nice!!! Let us know how it shoots. I'm considering putting together a .224 upper for my AR.

What's the point of this cartridge? Just wondering because I haven't seen much of it until now. It seems good for long range. Curious why it would be picked over 6.5 Grendel though.

I really know nothing about it.

Thanks, yes it is a +2 gas system with a 15" handguard. I have a 17.25" on order.
