    Greetings all,

Finally got the house in KY sold and rolled in late last night with the last load of stuff. I was able to talk to a great contractor referred to me here, but we both agreed that his work area two counties east precluded work here. We are planning basic basement, kitchen, and approx. 800ftsqu addition. We pay on time and don't change plans midstream. Looking for nice finish skills and most of all, a builder who can design to code and create prints. Job will not have excavation; references a big plus.
Please PM and I'll get back w/i 24.
    Thanks,
    K.

Good luck with finding a good contractor, make sure you read carefully the contract you sign. If the contract looks like it only protects the contractor, then maybe its not the good one. Good contractors don't need one sided contract to protect only them. THERE SHOULD BE CLAUSES IN THE CONTRACT TO PROTECT YOU, BASICALLY YOU DON'T WANT TO BE BACK HERE LOOKING FOR A REFERRAL FOR A GOOD LAWYER.
