Rugged just released the Oculus. Works just like the Obsidian and can be really short or full sized.

The other new can is the Q El Camino.

My Mask 22 should clear in the next few weeks, can't wait!

Don't worry about it. A lot of people are buying suppressors able to handle full auto and such, and don't pay attention to weight and bulk.

I have the GM 22. Lightweight, user serviceable, fun to shoot. I like have a dedicated 22 suppressor

I just don't get the point of this. Kind of neat idea, but what's the upside to this?

Same upside as any of the modular cans from SilencerCo, Rugged, AAC, Griffin, Dead Air... I am sure more will hit the market.

You want maximum Hollywood, use the long. You want to run and gun, use the short. If there wasn't the silly wait I could see myself getting one of these modular 22 cans as well.
