It does not look terribly exciting to me. Just as a quick reference, Xtreme bullets has a 115 grain plated bullet for $0.0809/round (http://www.xtremebullets.com/9mm-115-RN-p/xc9mm-115rn-b0500.htm) and often runs free shipping deals (an email this morning says free shipping today up to a $1500 order). I am more inclined to keep an eye on Xtreme bullets to catch a sale such as they had earlier this spring, which was -20% across the board. With black friday / Xmas / New Years all coming up, I'm sure there will be a good sale on in the near future.

Just so the non-reloaders realize, this is just the unloaded Pill (Bullet)
It is NOT a complete 9mm cartridge
Anything less than 10cents / pill is not bad for copper jacketed.
Xtreme also gives military/Ret military/LE discount

bbguns, got the same email this morning. Great price and shipping isn't bad. Confused on the way this topic went, the gearhog is for a reman round.
