    Very cool.

British .303 would not have been my first choice.
I wonder if it needed to be a rimmed cartridge ?
If so it would have been cool in .45-70 Govt :D

The advertiser says it isn't C&R because it has been modified.... true, but searching around it seems that the Canadian Company that build these (Globe Co) did so in the 50's and early 60's... so it probably qualifies under the 50 year rule... if you could prove when they did it.

I've seen three of them online (counting that one) in about as many years. They are nicely done, I guess, but don't float my boat. They should have been left alone. It's sort of like Corporate Bubba got to them.

45-70 would've required a new barrel. All they would have had to do is rechamber the existing .30 barrel for .303.
