Got a new Dupage stock for the M1 rifle and the rest of them needed some TLC.

Plenty of raw linseed oil, a rag, and patience really brings out the best in these old rifles.

Reminds me of a Lt. Waverly Wray, who took out 8 German officers,
most with head shots, in one clip, in the hedgerows of Normandy.
Your rifles evoke memories, they are beautiful.
Can I sleep with one of the carbines?
    Works of art.

    Thanks guys.

I finished sanding 50 years worth of dust, grime, and dents from an old DAS stock, and this is what popped up underneath:

Give it a couple months to darken again and it will look a whole lot better than Dupage wood.
